Due to the high
volume of vendor space requests, We hope the following will answer most of your questions:

1. Only high quality, family-friendly merchandise that is Scottish/Celtic in nature will be considered. 2. The number of spaces is determined by the Mint Hill Scottish Society, Inc. (MHSS) and is kept relative to anticipated attendance. 3. Spaces for future games are first offered by MHSS invitation to existing vendors. 4. Open spaces are filled by board decision from our extensive waiting list, with care taken not to duplicate the merchandise of other vendors. 5. All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance to MHSS. 6. Non-Scottish/Celtic businesses wishing to have a presence at the Mint Hill Highland Games may do so through sponsorship of the event. Please contact MHSS for more information.
FOOD VENDORS 1. Food vendor spaces are also offered by MHSS invitation to existing vendors. 2. All food vendors must be self-contained and pass all Mecklenburg County Health Department inspections. 3. The number of food vendors is determined by MHSS and is kept relative to anticipated attendance.
